I want to share some tips about cookware, what house and what to avoid.

Stay away from Teflon non-stick which is typically made from PFOA, Perfluorooctanoic Acid. This chemicals highly toxic to humans and animals.
Aluminum, yup, foil, too!- a soft and reactive metal that can leach into food, especially when you are cooking with acidic ingredients.
Anodized aluminum- these are made from aluminum that is placed in a chemical solution.

Instead use:
Stainless Steel- inexpensive, durable, scratch resistant
Cast Iron – inexpensive, durable, good heat retention
Enameled Cast Iron – Durable easy to clean, doesn’t react with food.
Ceramic – lightweight, doesn’t react with food, easy to clean.
