I’m Karen

My passion is helping people live the life they deserve—full of vibrant health, abundant energy, and meaningful experiences. I believe food is a powerful tool for transformation. And our relationship with food can be a window into deeper discovery. I take an integrative approach to clean eating—and toxin-free living— that not only prioritizes wellness on all levels, but inspires lasting change. I’m a wife and mom to 4 grown boys, an avid road biker, the founder of a health food company, and an active philanthropist. Welcome to KMHC!
