Serves: 4 to 6

¼ cup natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
½ cup brown rice syrup
2 cups brown rice crispy cereal
¼ cup goji berries


  1. Heat peanut butter and rice syrup on a low flame until easily pour-able.
  2. Pour over brown rice cereal until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle in goji berries.
  4. Press all ingredients together in to a baking pan.
  5. Refrigerate for one hour.
