Serves: 4 to 6
Ingredients:
¼ cup natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
½ cup brown rice syrup
2 cups brown rice crispy cereal
¼ cup goji berries
Directions:
- Heat peanut butter and rice syrup on a low flame until easily pour-able.
- Pour over brown rice cereal until well coated.
- Sprinkle in goji berries.
- Press all ingredients together in to a baking pan.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
